Reducing the Fear of Crime in Norfolk

The Norfolk Shrievalty Trust, operating as Norfolk PACT, is a broad based community partnership uniting the private, public and 3rd sectors, with the people of Norfolk. Our aims are to improve the quality of life for all people in the County by introducing and supporting initiatives, which help to reduce crime, the fear of crime, improve community safety and encourage good citizenship in young people.

We are a registered Charity and a Company limited by guarantee, set up in 1996 to raise funds through membership subscription, donation or sponsorship activity. Certain areas of our work are also funded by Government and Local Authority Grants. These funds are invested in community safety initiatives and the management and co-ordination of a range of projects that address our aims. The Norfolk Shrievalty Trust operating as Norfolk PACT is a not for profit organisation and any residual income over expenditure is reinvested in projects and initiatives for the reduction of crime and the fear of crime in Norfolk.
