Norfolk PACT is a partnership between industry, commerce, the public sector and the people of Norfolk to find and fund ways of improving the quality of life in the county.
Norfolk PACT aims to raise funds through membership subscriptions, donations and sponsorship activity that are then used to initiate or support activities aimed at reducing the causes and effects of crime. This will be achieved in a number of ways:
Education by promoting a greater understanding of the causes of crime, its social implications and harmful effects on our community.
Awareness by publicising the benefits of good citizenship amongst young people.
Involvement by encouraging greater public participation in the prevention and detection of crime.
Partnerships by urging business to support initiatives that help create a safer home environment for employees.
